Paul Greenberg

Paul Greenberg has a long and extensive work experience. Paul began their career in 2000 as a Registered Psychologist with APHRA.gov.au and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. In 2013, they became the Non Executive Chair of NORA: National Online Retailers Association. In 2016, they were appointed as a Stakeholder Council Member and Co-chair Customer Advisory Group for Australia Post. In 2017, they became the Chairperson of Jam Pad Investments. In 2018, they were appointed as a Committee Member of the Payment Consultations Group for the Reserve Bank of Australia and as an Advisory Board Member for the Online Retailer Conference & Expo. In 2020, they founded Shrink to Greatness and became the Vice Chair of FIRA - Federation of International Retail Associations. Finally, in 2021 they were appointed as an Advisory Board Member for Refundid and in 2022 they became a Non Executive Director of InStitchu.

Paul Greenberg completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cape Town in 1980. Paul then went on to complete their MBA in Industrial Relations from Stellenbosch University in 1986.
