Monica Lira-Cantu is a Full Professor and Researcher at the CSIC, where involvement spans from June 2007 to present. Prior experience includes roles as a Scientific Associate and Tenured Track Scientist at the same institution. Monica also serves as a Group Leader at the Institut Català de Nanociència i Nanotecnologia (ICN2) for the Nanostructured Materials for Photovoltaic Energy Group since January 2006. Educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Sciences from the Materials Science Institute of Barcelona (ICMAB) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
