Alice Arnould is a dedicated PhD Student at the Institut de Myologie, focusing on the epigenetic response to AAV9-SMN1 gene therapy for spinal muscular atrophy under Dr. Smeriglio. With prior experience as a Research Collaborator at the same institute, Alice characterized chromatin landscape changes in SMA mice as part of master's research. Earlier roles include a Research Collaborator at FIOCRUZ, where Alice engaged in sequencing and molecular biology for rare diseases, and Clinical Research Associate at AP-HP, overseeing cohorts in genetic metabolic disease trials. Alice has also actively participated in various projects, including clinical trial management, quality assurance at Fresenius Medical Care, and student outreach at AJE Pharma. Educational achievements include multiple master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Université Paris-Saclay.
