German Suslin is currently a PhD student at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology, focusing on the application of Reservoir Computing in the study of collective actions. Prior to this role, German served as a research intern, where fabrication and photoluminescence enhancement of asymmetric split-ring arrays were studied, and measurement setups for laser photoluminescence detection were established. Experience as a data science intern at University of Artificial Intelligence Inc. included data collection and analysis, as well as the development and quality assessment of machine learning models. As a research engineer at Far Eastern Federal University, investigation of multilayered thin films and development of magnetic field sources for VR/AR systems were key responsibilities. German also trained students in robotics at The Center for Robotics Development, achieving notable success in competitions. Technical service engineer experience involved implementing authorized repairs for household appliances at DNS. German holds a PhD, a Master of Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Nanoelectronics and Nanotechnology from Far Eastern Federal University.
