Nadia Dubé, PhD, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nadia'smost recent position is as the Vice President, Development and Administration at the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal (IRCM) / Montreal Clinical Research Institute, which they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Project Director, Life Sciences and Health Technologies at Investissement Québec from March 2021 to February 2023.
Before their time at Investissement Québec, Nadia held roles at CQDM as the Senior Director of Communications and Business Development from September 2020 to March 2021, and as the Director of Business Development from October 2019 to September 2020. Nadia also has experience at Mitacs, where they served as the Director of Business Development from April 2019 to October 2019, and as a Business Development Specialist from June 2017 to April 2019.

Throughout their career, Nadia has developed expertise in areas such as development and administration, project management in life sciences and health technologies, communications, and business development. Nadia'sresearch work has focused on molecular mechanisms involved in cell adhesion and tissue integrity, specifically in the regulation of E-cadherin-based cell-cell contacts.
Nadia Dubé, PhD, MBA, has a strong educational background in various fields. Nadia obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from McGill University in 2005, following a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biomedical Sciences from Université de Montréal in 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry from Université de Montréal in 1998. Nadia furthered their education with two Executive MBA degrees, one from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and the other from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) in 2020.
In addition to their formal degrees, Nadia has acquired various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
