Gautam Sridhar

Gautam Sridhar is a doctoral student at Institut du Cerveau – Paris Brain Institute since November 2020, following a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from ETH Zürich (2017-2020). Prior academic experience includes roles as a research assistant at ETH Zurich's Department of Computer Science, focusing on neural networks for dynamical systems, and in the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, where work involved improving segmentation accuracy of retinal layers using machine learning. Gautam has also interned at Scortex, investigating unsupervised learning for quality inspection, and served as a summer research fellow at IIT Bombay, developing deep autoencoder architectures for image denoising. Gautam earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (2013-2017).
