Nathalie Fougerat

Nathalie Fougerat has over two decades of experience in administrative and payroll management. Currently serving as Assistante de Direction at IMT since February 2002, Nathalie supports a team of 15 individuals and previously held the role of Gestionnaire paie SAP, managing payroll for approximately 600 agents and overseeing various aspects such as contract terminations, sick leave entries, and social charges. Prior to IMT, Nathalie worked as a Gestionnaire Paie in interim assignments and as an Agent commercial for notable organizations including Groupe Hachette, Must Diffusion, and Groupe CASINO. Nathalie holds a BTS in Commercial from Lycée Jean Moulin, Béziers, completed in 1993.
