Pauline Larrous is currently an Ingénieur recherche at the Institut Pasteur since November 2023. Previously, Pauline completed a doctoral research at the Institut Cochin from October 2020 to September 2023, focusing on viral antagonism within the retrovirus team. Experience includes a Master 2 internship at Inserm, working on the interplay between the HUSH epigenetic complex and RNA degradation pathways in HIV repression, as well as an engineering internship at Texcell, where viral purification processes in biotechnology were developed. Additional experience encompasses a project engineer role optimizing Afftines production processes at Inserm, and internships evaluating molecular tools for virus diagnostics at the Institut Pasteur and mosquito surveillance in Italy at Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale. Pauline holds a Doctorate in Infectiology from Université Paris Cité and an engineering degree in Health Biotechnology.
