The Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) team at the Institute for American Apprenticeships is responsible for developing and refining the curriculum and training materials for various apprenticeable occupations. They leverage their industry expertise to ensure that programs meet the needs of both apprentices and employers, while also providing instruction, mentorship, and project leadership to enhance the overall effectiveness of apprenticeship initiatives.
