Elizabeth Beltran, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in providing therapeutic services and program management. Currently serving as Program Director at ICL since October 2022, Elizabeth collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services and oversees the training of behavioral specialists.
