Matt van Norman

Matt Van Norman is a seasoned professional in business development and member engagement, currently serving as Senior Director of Member Development at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) since April 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Director of Business Development at Right Management in the Great Lakes Region from May 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included new business development and advising global organizations on talent management programs. Previous experience includes roles at IMPACT Management Services as Sr. Account Manager and Reliance One, Inc. as Account Manager, where Matt focused on business growth, client relations, and talent acquisition. Matt holds an MBA in Business Administration from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School and a BBA in Business Management and Marketing from Northwood University.
