Rob Cross

Rob Cross has extensive work experience in various leadership and research roles. Rob is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Research at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), starting in June 2023. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Edward A. Madden Professor of Global Leadership at Babson College since January 2017. In 2005, they founded Connected Commons and served as the Chief Research Scientist.

Rob Cross earned their MBA degree in Business from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between 1992 and 1994.
