Thomas Stone

Thomas Stone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, product strategy, and content development. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) since October 2017, Thomas focuses on identifying high-performance organizational practices and their impact on workforce improvements. Prior roles include Director of Technology Based Learning and Director of Content Strategy at Dale Carnegie Training and its digital division, where Thomas led industry presentations and managed product strategy. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Taleo and a Product Design Architect at Element K, along with independent web development consulting. Thomas holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Rochester and has pursued additional studies at The Ohio State University.
