Kalina Georgieva is currently a PhD candidate at the Institute for Employment Research of the German Federal Employment Agency, having previously served as a Student Research Assistant at the same institute. Kalina has a diverse background in research and consulting, with experience as a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission in DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, and as a Student Research Assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy. Additional experience includes a Public Sector Consulting Internship at KPMG, a Junior Research Executive role at Ipsos, and a Junior Business Consultant position at Nielsen. Kalina also interned in the Political Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Germany and worked as a Product Management Intern at Adidas Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in International Business with German from the University of Birmingham.
