Denise Dilbey

Denise Dilbey is a seasoned real estate professional and broker with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a CCIM member at CCIM Central Canada Chapter and as the Executive Director and Director at Large for the Guelph & District Association of REALTORS®, Denise has significantly contributed to various committees, including governance and by-law review. Denise's expertise encompasses commercial, luxury, and residential real estate, evidenced by designations such as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Additionally, Denise has held leadership roles within the Brampton Real Estate Board, including President, and currently serves as President/Chairman of Literacy North Halton, promoting literacy awareness in the community. Denise holds multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, including Schulich School of Business and Humber College, focusing on public relations, marketing, and project management.
