With extensive experience at the Human Capital Institute, Bill held multiple senior leadership roles, directing client training programs, merging business units, and enhancing revenue growth. Bill is also the founder and managing editor of Project to Find America, which emphasizes civic engagement and effective governance. Earlier roles include directing news and course development at AIRS, where Bill contributed significantly to recruitment training and industry insights. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University and an altMBA.
