Pratyush Rajvanshi

Pratyush Rajvanshi is currently the Director of Marketing at Mentora. Prior to this, they served as a people and strategy advisor at Kapadwanj Kelavani Mandal, a non-profit organization focused on shifting from a small-town legacy org to a professionally-run multi-stakeholder network. Here, their focus was on people well-being and ecosystem development, along with inputs on long-term strategy.

From September 2017 to May 2019, Rajvanshi was the Happiness Officer at Khimji Kunverji & Co., where they supported initiatives in the org towards happiness and inner growth at both individual and collective levels. Pratyush was involved in facilitating reflective circles and retreats, and influencing redesign of systems and processes.

Rajvanshi has also served as a strategy consultant at Social Emergence/ MIT Media Labs and as a researcher and facilitator at Gandhi Ashram. Pratyush has been a wandering seeker since March 2012.

Pratyush Rajvanshi received a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Pratyush Rajvanshi reports to Hitendra Wadhwa, Founder & President. They work with Utkarsh Narang - Director, Client Development, Natasha Gill - Senior Director, Client Success, and Suryaprakash Kareenahalli - Executive Director.
