Megan S.

Megan S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Megan currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Nisos. In 2022, they were selected as one of the 20 South Carolina-based fellows for the Class of 2023 at Liberty Fellowship. Megan also worked at the Institute for Security and Technology (IST) where they held the positions of Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Policy Advisor. Additionally, they founded and served as CEO of Silicon Harbor Consultants, LLC. Megan's experience also includes roles as a Visiting Fellow at the National Security Institute, a Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Cyber Statecraft Initiative, and various roles at the Global Cyber Alliance, including Global Policy Officer, Executive Director, Americas, and Senior Policy Counsel. Megan served as General Counsel at Dynepic, Inc. and as the Cybersecurity Policy Director at Public Knowledge. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston. Megan's expertise lies in cybersecurity, policy advising, and strategic leadership.

Megan S. completed their Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude in International Studies and German at the University of Notre Dame from 1994 to 1997. Megan then pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Indiana University Maurer School of Law from 2001 to 2004.
