Debbie Fogel Monnissen has a range of experience in financial and audit roles. Debbie started their career at KPMG as a Senior Manager in Audit, where they worked from 1987 to 1994. Debbie then joined Motorola Semiconductor and held various roles until 1999. From 1999 to 2000, Debbie worked as a Division Controller at ON Semiconductor. Debbie then moved to Mastercard, where they served as Vice President, Controller from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they held positions as CFO Europe, Chief Audit Executive, EVP - Corporate FP&A, and EVP - International Markets Finance Officer at Mastercard from 2006 to 2017. Currently, they hold the title of Chief Financial Officer at the Institute for Supply Management since 2017.

Debbie Fogel Monnissen pursued their education starting in 1983 when they enrolled at Arizona State University. Debbie studied there for four years and successfully earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting in 1987. After a significant gap in their education, they resumed their studies in 2001 at Vlerick Business School. Debbie completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in 2002. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
