Kathleen Lacy has over two decades of experience in various roles focused on education, customer care, marketing, and project management. Since January 2010, Kathleen has served as a Learning Solutions Coordinator at the Institute for Supply Management, where responsibilities include managing the delivery of educational products and collaborating with stakeholders to develop training opportunities. Prior to this, Kathleen worked as a Customer Care Manager at Media Vision USA, assisting clients with conference and interpretation systems. Kathleen's earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing Coordinator at AmeriNational Community Services and as a Project Assistant at Mesa Community College. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Western International University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Mesa Community College.
