Paul Lee

Paul Lee has extensive work experience in research and analytics. Paul started their career in 1994 as a Research Manager at International Networks and then moved on to work as a Senior Research Specialist at United Way of Greater Los Angeles in 1996. In 1997, they joined Health Net as a Senior Research Analyst and later became a Project Manager / Senior Business Planning Analyst. In 2000, they joined J.D. Power and Associates as a Manager, Research Projects and gradually progressed to become a Senior Manager, Healthcare Research. In 2008, they joined TriWest Healthcare Alliance as a Market Research Survey Consultant Senior. Currently, they hold a position at Institute for Supply Management, where they have served as the Director of ISM Research & Analytics and Director of ISM Research.

Paul Lee has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Harvard University. Paul also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

In addition to their degrees, Paul Lee has obtained the certification of SBR Investigators, Stage 1 from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) in June 2011.
