Joann Monroe

JoAnn Monroe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engagement management, sales administration, and customer account management. Currently serving as an Engagement Manager and Revenue and Data Administration Manager at the Institute for the Future since July 2021, JoAnn previously held positions at Phase Matrix, Inc. as a Sales Administration Assistant and at Newport Corporation-New Focus Group as an OEM Contract Administrator, where responsibilities included inside sales management and customer lead qualification. JoAnn began their career as an Academic Counselor at Silver Creek High School. JoAnn holds a Master’s degree in Educational Counseling from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University.
