Natalie Foster is the President and co-founder of the Economic Security Project, where Natalie advocates for economic power for all Americans. Natalie is also a Senior Fellow with the Aspen Institute Future of Work Initiative, working to strengthen the social contract in the changing workplace. Foster is a Fellow at the Institute for the Future and was a co-founder of Peers, an organization supporting gig economy workers. Natalie also co-founded and served as CEO of REBUILD THE DREAM, a platform for grassroots innovations. Foster has had roles at Organizing for America, Sierra Club, and MoveOn.org, working on digital strategy, online organizing, and campaign management. Natalie holds a degree in International Studies from Pepperdine University.
