Jim Taylor

Jim Taylor currently serves as the Head of Digital Education at the Institute of Biomedical Science since January 2023. Prior to this role, Taylor held the position of Associate Head of School: Bioscience at York St. John University from November 2021 to January 2023, and served as a Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in Biomedical Science at the same institution from August 2017 to November 2021. Taylor's extensive teaching experience includes a tenure as a Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in Biology at Bradford College from August 2005 to July 2017, focusing on diverse course delivery and student support. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Genetic and Reproductive Toxicology from the University of Bradford and a Postgraduate Diploma in Post-Compulsory Education and Training from Leeds Metropolitan University. Taylor earned a BSc. (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bradford, specializing in Cellular Pathology and Haematology.
