Kevin Reim, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Fulfillment Center Operations for the Luxury Division at L'Oréal, overseeing a multi-site distribution network that generates $5 billion in revenue and employs over 250 full-time staff. Previous roles include Vice President of US Supply Chain for Lancôme, where leadership included demand and supply planning, and AVP positions at Kiehl's and Lancôme, achieving significant successes in demand forecasting. Kevin has also held various supply chain positions at Nice-Pak Products and PepsiCo, where impactful improvements in planning and operations were realized. Additionally, Kevin contributes to the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning as President of the New York Metro Chapter. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Providence College, Kevin brings extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, enhanced by military service as a Captain in the United States Air Force.
