Cyndi Pei serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Digital InfraCo at Singtel since August 2020, overseeing a standalone infrastructure unit focused on regional data centers, subsea cables, satellites, and 5G MEC and cloud orchestration. As Co-Chair for the AI for Accountancy Industry Initiative at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Cyndi collaborates with diverse stakeholders to explore AI's impact on the accountancy profession. Additional roles include Audit Committee Member, Council Member, and Investigation and Disciplinary Panel Member at Nxera, as well as Chief Financial Officer at SATA COMMHEALTH since May 2018. Previously, Cyndi held senior financial positions at Yeo Hiap Seng and PwC Singapore. Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a Minor in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
