Sally Leong serves as the Head of Human Resources at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since September 2023. Previously, Sally held the position of Senior Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) from February 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, Sally was an HR Business Partner at the National University of Singapore, specifically within the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, from September 2020 to January 2022. Extensive HR experience includes roles at Nanyang Technological University, where Sally progressed from HR Business Partner to Lead of Human Resources in the NTU Shared Services, and positions within the National Healthcare Group, SingExpress Travel Pte Ltd, REC, Besi Esec, and MTU. Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Financial Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Diploma in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
