Ella Snell is the Founder and Director of Art School Plus, which fosters connections between artists and cultural projects, enhancing skills and knowledge within the sector. Additionally, Ella serves as an Associate at Cultural Associates Oxford, providing consultancy for the cultural and creative sectors, and as a Board Trustee for the Henry Moore Foundation, which promotes appreciation for visual arts and innovative sculpture projects. Ella is also a Development Committee Co-optee at the Institute of Contemporary Arts and has been involved as a freelance project manager at Yinka Shonibare Studios, overseeing the development of a major artwork. Formerly, Ella headed the Living Knowledge Network at The British Library and held positions at Antony Gormley Studio and BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art. Ella holds an MA in Philosophy of Art from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Durham University.
