Abdul Kader Baba

Abdul Kader Baba currently serves as the Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO) at Infrastructure South Africa, a role held since March 2022, contributing to the establishment of infrastructure initiatives within the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure. Additionally, Baba holds various leadership positions, including Non Executive Director at Computer Aid International and a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and the Global Executive Network. Significant prior experience includes serving as Chief Technology and Information Officer at the Industrial Development Corporation and Head of Information Technology at Kwesé. Baba has also been involved in multiple organizations as a director or member, including Technologic Innovations and The League of Companies Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Leadership from the Graduate School of Business Leadership and an Honours Degree in Informatics & Management from the University of Johannesburg, among other certifications.
