Raksha Beecum-Khadaroo

Raksha Beecum-Khadaroo is the Director and Founder of Governance@Work, a B-BBEE Level 1 company specializing in governance and compliance since April 2020. Alongside this role, Raksha serves as an Independent Audit Committee Member for ETDP SETA, a facilitator for the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa, and a Tax Court Member for the South African Revenue Service (SARS). Previously, Raksha held various esteemed positions including Industry Affairs Executive and Company Secretary at the South African Sugar Association and Regional Legal Manager at SARS. Raksha holds multiple degrees in law, including a Master of Laws in Tax Law, and has completed a Certificate in Senior Management and a program in Strategic Management, both with distinctions.
