Lea Glaze describes herself as a hybrid; she has a love for both the people and the process. As the Sr. HR Generalist, her curiosity continues to allow for a myriad of conversations, in turn teaching her the ability to listen understand, and allow others to feel heard.
Lea has worked in the public sector for almost 20 years, and the most important lesson she has learned is to “treat people like people.” She understands everyone is on the path to somewhere and she is passionate about assisting them in their journey.
Lea holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
