Anissa Lee is a skilled R&D Beverage Scientist at National Beverage Corp. since July 2024, with a robust background in research and development across multiple food and beverage organizations. Since September 2022, Anissa has served as Co-Editor of the NCIFT Hornblower. Anissa's previous roles include Research and Development Manager at INW Pro-Form Laboratories from May 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing the R&D department and collaborating with over 100 clients to develop beverage formulas. Prior experience includes positions as Research and Development Lab Technician II and I at Premier Nutrition, and Senior Research and Development Specialist at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, focusing on product development and laboratory management. Anissa holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
