Bryan Hitchcock's work experience includes various roles in the food industry. Bryan began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Product/Process Development Engineer from 1997 to 2000. Bryan then joined PepsiCo, where they held positions such as Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer, Senior Manager, and Director in the R&D and Engineering departments. During their time at PepsiCo, they oversaw various aspects of research and development, new product commercialization, and brand stewardship. In 2019, they joined the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) as the Senior Director of Food Chains and Executive Director of the Global Food Traceability Center. Bryan later served as the Vice President of Science, Policy, and Learning and Executive Director of the Global Food Traceability Center. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Science and Technology Officer & Executive Director of the Global Food Traceability Center at IFT.
Bryan Hitchcock completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University between 1993 and 1997.
