Nikki Palluzzi has a diverse work experience in various association management roles. Nikki is currently the Director of Membership & Customer Engagement at the Institute of Food Technologists. Prior to that, they worked at the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors as the Sr. Director of Member Services & Experience, where they were responsible for member engagement and recruitment programs, as well as leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Before that, they held various positions at SmithBucklin, including Association Manager and Association Senior Coordinator, where they managed financial reporting, volunteer management, program management, and membership programming. Nikki also worked as an Office Assistant/Incentives Management at Loyola University Phonathon, where they assisted in alumni gift processing and managed an incentive database.
Nikki Palluzzi, CAE received their Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Women's Studies and English from Loyola University Chicago in 2006. Nikki obtained their Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in December 2018. Additionally, they hold a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, earned in 2021.
