Lisa Rephlo

Lisa Rephlo currently serves as the Sr. Director of Project Management at GTI Energy, where responsibilities include leading the Project Management Operating Function and collaborating with business leaders to enhance project management efficiencies. Previously, Lisa was the Director of Program Management at Woodward, Inc., overseeing a team of over 20 Program Managers across multiple regions and focusing on the development of energy systems. Earlier roles include Executive Director of the Colorado Clean Energy Cluster, instructor at Colorado State University, and various leadership positions at MWH and Exelon, where Lisa specialized in sustainable project management and operations. Lisa holds an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
