Stephanie Yap

Stephanie Yap is an experienced executive currently working at the Institute of Mental Health since February 2024, with a previous role at Woodlands Health where responsibilities included inpatient operations readiness and wards setup. During this time, Stephanie developed clinical and non-clinical workflows integrated with IT systems and managed procurement for essential equipment. Prior to Woodlands Health, Stephanie served as an Operations Executive for the Silver Generation Office at the Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) and also led initiatives in community engagement for seniors. Stephanie's career began at EPChem - A Division of Brenntag Pte. Ltd., where technical research and product development were key responsibilities. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University and Singapore Institute of Technology, alongside a diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
