Daniel Teubenbacher

Daniel Teubenbacher is a PhD Student at the Austrian Academy of Sciences' Institut für Weltraumforschung since December 2020, with prior experience as a Master-Student at the same institution. Daniel is also a Mitarbeiter in Team APEX at Aerospace Team Graz since August 2023 and previously held various roles including Projektleiter and System Engineer from January 2020 to May 2023. In July 2022, Daniel participated in the European Space Agency's Summer School Alpbach 2022, contributing to a team mission proposal to Mars. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies for a PhD at the University of Graz, a Diplom-Ingenieur in Space Science and Earth From Space from Technische Universität Graz, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Graz. Daniel also completed an exchange semester at the University of Montana and has experience as an intern at Samsung SDI Battery Systems GmbH.
