Petra Kralickova, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures since July 2017, focusing on establishing the Museum's brand nationally and achieving a sustainable business model through adaptive leadership and financial management. Concurrently, Petra is a Peer Reviewer for the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the American Alliance of Museums, evaluating national grants and conducting organizational assessments. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of National Development for the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library, where significant fundraising was accomplished, and holding various roles at Ohio University, including Curator and Director of the School of Art + Design Art Galleries. Petra has obtained an Executive MBA from UMKC and holds both an MFA and a BFA in Art from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Ohio University, respectively.
