Jacques Hipplewith has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and previously as System Engineer II at INPO since September 2008. Jacques has a strong focus on improving processes, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with vendors, and enhancing repair procedures. Prior to INPO, Jacques worked at Dave & Buster's for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing the Midway Game Tech Department and overseeing employee development and training within the Blue and Orange Team. Jacques holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security from Westwood College and a high school diploma from Hanau American High School.
