Vishaka Narmada Kahaduwa Arachchi

Vishaka Narmada Kahaduwa Arachchi is an experienced library professional currently serving as Assistant Librarian at the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka since February 2017, where responsibilities include conducting policy-relevant research and maintaining a conducive library environment. Previous roles include Library Assistant at the British Council from May 2015 to February 2017, and Wealth Planner at AIA from May 2013 to May 2015. Vishaka holds a Master of Social Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Kelaniya, alongside multiple certifications in project management from Coursera and a Bachelor of Library and Information Studies from Open University of Sri Lanka. Educational achievements also include diplomas and higher diplomas in library science and information management from the University of Kelaniya.
