James Lester

James Lester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing and directing various enterprises within the watersports and event design industries. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and CEO of Crystal Kayak since June 2015, James also holds the position of Managing Director and Instructor at the Institute of Wedding and Event Design since January 2011. Additionally, James has been the Managing Director for Product Development at Event Decor Direct since January 2004 and previously held the Managing Director role at To Suit Your Fancy Decor | Floral | Design from January 2001 to April 2014.
