Robert Joseph Frisz

Robert Joseph Frisz is an experienced purchasing and program management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at the Institute on Aging since October 2018, Robert manages the newly established HCBA Program, focusing on contracting and HIPAA compliance to support elderly and physically challenged individuals. Previously, Robert operated as a Strategic Source Analyst and held various senior buyer positions, notably at Matson Navigation Company, SYSTRON DONNER INERTIAL DIVISION, Corona Networks, and Harmonic, where responsibilities included contract negotiation, purchasing for production requirements, and the implementation of electronic purchasing systems. Robert earned education at Indiana University Bloomington and Vincennes University.
