As a third-generation commercial equestrian operator, Ms. Tognini has accumulated over 30 years of practical experience with the legal aspects of horse operations. She specializes in complex business transactions, corporate restructuring, and real estate development. Her professional pedigree includes heading the financial accounting compliance legal team at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
She has served many international client projects in Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, UK, Argentina, Guatemala, South Korea, Laos, Thailand, and India. She also served as the Eastern Circuit Lieutenant Governor of the United States Polo Association; a Board member of George Mason University College of Visual and Performing Arts; the Cherry Blossom Breast Cancer Foundation; and the Virginia Land Trust.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
