Lee Norman serves as the Senior Managing Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lee held the position of Senior Vice President at George Smith Partners from March 2022 to January 2023. Lee's extensive experience includes serving as Managing Director at Ravinia Capital Group and Ackman-Ziff from June 2021 to March 2022 and September 2010 to June 2021, respectively. Lee also worked as Managing Director at HFF from January 2008 to June 2009 and held the role of Principal at George Smith Partners from January 1991 to December 2007. Lee holds an MBA in Business Administration & Finance from SMU Cox School of Business and a BS in Finance & Real Estate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
