Peter Bauman

Peter Bauman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in capital markets and investment services. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) since April 2020, Bauman specializes in the sale, purchase, and recapitalization of industrial, medical, and office properties across the United States. Prior to this role, Bauman held various senior positions at JLL, including Senior Director and Senior Vice President with the Net Lease Property Group, where advisory services encompassed net lease transactions and portfolio analysis. Previous experience includes a Vice President position at Colliers International, focusing on institutional investment sales, as well as operational management at Fresenius Medical Care and exploration management at Wyoming Resources in Ghana. Bauman holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Oceanography and Geology from Humboldt State University.
