Clay Berger

Clay Berger is a finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and investment banking. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at IVP since 2024, Clay is involved in helping breakout companies transition into market leaders, contributing to a firm with a notable history of over 400 partnerships and 130 IPOs. Prior to this role, Clay was an Associate at OpenView from 2021 to 2023, focusing on high-growth software investments, with representative deals including Datadog and Calendly. Clay began the career as an Analyst at Financial Technology Partners from 2019 to 2021, gaining valuable experience in investment banking and principal investing.
