Leo Iwai

Leo Iwai is a highly experienced researcher specializing in proteomics and phosphoproteomics, currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Researcher at Instituto Butantan since June 2013, where the focus is on managing the Mass Spectrometry Laboratory Facility. In addition to consulting for Real Gramas and working as a Research Associate at CENTD and CeTICS since 2017, Leo has extensive postdoctoral experience, including investigations at The Institute of Cancer Research and various positions at Harvard Medical School and Joslin Diabetes Center. Educational qualifications include a PhD and Master's degree in Immunology from the Universidade Federal de São Paulo, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Universidade de São Paulo.
