Andrés Barragán

Andrés Barragán is the Director of the Technical and Financial Analysis Cabinet of the General Secretariat of the Treasury and International Financing. He is a member of the High Corps of Spanish State Economists and Trade Experts and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Physics (2013) and Philosophy (2014) from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Since 2017, he has been working at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, where he has specialized in financial analysis and regulation at the national and international levels. He has served as an advisor to the Cabinet of the State Secretariat for the Economy and Business Support, and previously as deputy director of the Technical Cabinet at the Public Treasury.
