Márcio Oliveira

Márcio Oliveira is a co-founder of Quid Si Mentoria e Consultoria em Relacionamento com Clientes, CRM e CX, where a proprietary methodology is utilized to mentor C-level executives on purpose and culture, as well as manage CRM and CX strategies. In March 2024, Márcio co-founded Mind to Mind, an initiative aimed at supporting companies through workshops and lectures to foster sustainable brand relationships. Additionally, Márcio serves as a columnist for EXAME, sharing insights on customer relationships, and as a guest professor at ESPM focusing on CRM and Customer Experience. As a co-host of Debate no Café, Márcio engages with market specialists on contemporary business themes. In various advisory roles, including Chief, Mentor, and Board-Member On Demand at Chiefs.Group, Márcio leverages extensive C-level experience to help transform companies. Academic qualifications include degrees in Marketing and Digital Board Membership from HSM University and ESPM, respectively.
