António Leandro

António Leandro is an experienced project manager currently employed at Instituto de Telecomunicações since November 2022. Previous roles include serving as Gestor for Programa Aveiro Digital from January 2001 to July 2007 and working as Assessor at Universidade de Aveiro from January 1998 to December 2000. António holds a Specialist Title in Public Management from Universidade de Aveiro (July 2022 - June 2023), a Bachelor of Science from the University of Strathclyde (January 2002 - July 2002) as part of an Erasmus exchange, a Postgraduate Degree in Public Policies for Innovation and Territorial Development from Universidade de Aveiro (September 2000 - June 2001), and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Territorial Development from Universidade de Aveiro (September 1988 - June 1994).
